This website is operated by Travis Designs Ltd (registered in England no.5251617) hereafter referred to as us, ours or we. As a user of this website (referred to as you or your), you acknowledge and accept that any use of this website, including any transactions made are subject to our terms and conditions set out below.
General
We reserve the right to change or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any products offered by us that are not as described your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
Products
Products on this site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to accept or decline any transactions until such time as payment is processed. Title to any products ordered will only pass to you on delivery. Every care has been taken to ensure that description, colour and specification are representative of the product but individual variations may occur which users of this site must be aware of and accept.
Payment
Online Credit / Debit Cards
Orders placed out of normal working hours (9 am-4pm Monday to Friday) will be processed during the next working day. Payment is taken from your card once authorisation has been received and stock availability checked. Where items cannot be supplied within a 28 working day delivery cycle you will be notified and advised of the options available.
Governing Laws
Travis Designs Ltd is a company Registered in England No. 5251617 and as such the laws governing these terms and conditions shall fall solely within the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Secure Ordering
This is a secure site. Your credit card details will only be processed on secure encrypted web servers.
You can add as many items to your basket as you like, see the total value of the goods selected and remove them at any stage before you finally check out. When you want to pay just follow the simple on screen prompts.

Delivery & Returns
Delivery Charges
The standard delivery charge for one item is £4.50 to addresses in the UK mainland* , £8.00 for two items, and £9.50 for 3 items or more. For the Rest of the World the delivery charge is £10.00 for one item, please contact us for the delivery charge for 2+ items. Subject to stock availability.
Standard Despatch
Goods will be despatched to reach UK mainland customers* within 7 working days from receipt of order, subject to availability. You will be advised if any of your ordered items are temporarily unavailable, which will prevent them being delivered within 28 working days.
However, we do publish a weekly stock update to allow you to remove or add products to your website to ensure customers are only ordering lines that are in stock. PLEASE REQUEST TO BE ADDED TO THIS MAILING LIST.
Although we quote goods will be despatched within 7 working days from receipt of order, we endeavour to send orders out on the next working day.
We do not offer a same day service for Standard Despatch. All orders for despatch on a Friday must be with us by 5pm Thursday.
Special Delivery Despatch
ANY SPECIAL DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS MUST BE AGREED WITH US BEFORE SENDING YOUR ORDER.
We can offer a SPECIAL DELIVERY Service for items that need to be delivered faster and this will be charged at £8.50 for one item.
To take advantage of this service you must order by 10.00 a.m. Monday to Thursday and by 5p.m. on Thursday for Friday despatch.
Please note a Friday despatch is not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery. We do not operate a weekend or bank holiday despatch service. Weekend orders will be dealt with on a Monday and Bank Holiday orders will be dealt with on the next working day.
Please note this is a signed for service and items will not be delivered without a signature to confirm receipt. This service is subject to availability of goods.
Christmas Deliveries
As we send all costumes by FIRST CLASS PACKET POST, please note that Royal Mail cannot
guarantee deliveries for Christmas after Wednesday 19th December.
We are happy to continue sending product by this route, but naturally cannot guarantee
its arrival in time for Christmas. Please note that we are able to send by SPECIAL DELIVERY
up to Wednesday 20th December and this will cost an extra £4.00.
Returns
We must be informed by e-mail if any items arrive damaged, defective or incorrectly despatched within 3 days of receipt, at which stage a replacement item and return of the original item will be arranged.
*mainland addresses
Delivery to the Western Isles of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland together with some other UK postal addresses are subject to supplementary delivery charges or longer delivery times. If in any doubt as to whether this applies to your area, please email customer services at: sales@travis.co.uk
A delivery made to customer's specified address which is returned to us as undeliverable may be refunded excluding the original postage and packing charge. If an alternative address is requested a second post and packing charge will be incurred.
